Reports — “Create and manage custom SEO reports” — lists every report in the project.

Actions

Each report offers:

Duplicating

Duplicate is the mechanism behind repeatable reporting. Rather than rebuilding a layout each period:
  1. Build one report properly and get the widgets right.
  2. Duplicate it at the start of each period.
  3. Rename the copy and move its date range forward.
The copy carries the widgets and layout. Its share links and automation don’t come with it — a duplicate starts with neither, which is usually what you want, since sending last month’s recipients a new link by accident would be worse.

Deleting

Confirmation reads: “Are you sure you want to delete this report? This will permanently remove all pages, widgets, and share links. This action cannot be undone.” Two things to check before deleting:
  • Share links die immediately. Anyone holding one gets a not-found page, including clients who bookmarked it.
  • Automations stop. A scheduled report that’s been arriving monthly simply stops, with no notice to recipients.
If you only want to stop delivery, disable the automation instead and keep the report.

Naming

Because reports accumulate — especially with monthly duplication — the name is the only thing distinguishing them in this list. Include the period: Monthly SEO Report - March 2026 rather than Monthly SEO Report.

Empty state

No reports yet — “Create a report to visualize your SEO data with custom widgets”. Projects created normally have a default report, so an empty list means it was deleted.
