Invoices and payment details are handled by the payment provider, not inside Surnex.

Getting there

Go to Settings → Billing and click Manage Billing. You’re taken to the provider’s portal, where you can:
  • Download past invoices and receipts
  • Update the card on file
  • Change your billing email
  • Update billing address and tax details
  • Change or cancel the subscription

Who can access it

Only the owner can open the billing portal. Admins and members can see the current plan and usage in Surnex but can’t reach invoices or payment details. See Roles and permissions. If your finance team needs invoices and isn’t the account owner, either the owner downloads them, or the billing email is set to a shared finance address in the portal so invoices arrive there automatically. Making someone an admin does not give them invoice access.

Billing email

Invoices go to the billing email held by the provider, which is set in the portal and isn’t necessarily your Surnex login address. Point it at a finance inbox if that’s who needs the receipts.

One subscription per organization

Each organization bills separately, with its own invoices. Owning two means two subscriptions and two invoice histories — switch organizations in the sidebar before opening the portal, or you’ll be looking at the wrong account. For agencies billing clients separately, that separation is the intended pattern: one organization per client keeps invoices, usage, and access cleanly divided.

Cancelling

Cancellation is done in the portal — there’s no cancel action inside Surnex. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn’t delete your data. To remove everything, delete the organization as well, which is permanent.
