Grammar Check
Paste text into the box — “Paste your text here to check for grammar issues…” — and click Check Grammar. The result is either no issues found or a count (7 issues found) followed by the list. Each issue names the problem and offers one or more suggestions you can apply yourself.
Useful as a final pass before publishing, particularly on copy assembled from several people or translated from another language.
Paraphrase
Paste text into the second box — “Paste your text here to get a rewritten version…” — and submit. You get back a rewritten version of the passage, with a Quality score to one decimal place where one is available. The quality score reflects how well the rewrite preserves the original meaning. A low score usually means the source was ambiguous, heavily jargoned, or too short to rewrite meaningfully. What these tools don’t do
They’re writing aids, not SEO tools. Specifically, they don’t:- Score content against a target keyword
- Analyze competing pages or suggest topics to cover
- Check the pages on your site — paste text in manually
- Save anything; results disappear when you navigate away
content category covers thin content below 300 words and near-duplicate pages, checked against pages that were actually crawled.
For deciding what to write, use keyword research and read the intent column: matching page format to intent affects rankings far more than prose quality does.
